se caracterizan por tener el pico curvado, con una mandíbula inferior con cierta movilidad en su conexión con el cráneo y situada en una posición bastante vertical, ademas tienen una gran capacidad craneal y son uno de los grupos de avez mas inteligentes.

Hundreds soaring and drifting in the evening, settled for the night in nearby oaks and gathered in thousands in the morning and moved on.

Big thank you Natalie Mudd for organizing a great bioblitz here at Everglades National Park! I spent several hours volunteering with Tonya and Jesse at the Royal Palm area near the Gumbo Limbo/Anhinga Trail and it was a lot of fun talking to park visitors about iNaturalist. I am looking forward to participating and helping out with more of these :-)
