Very bad photos but interesting wasp. It only gave me two tries. Maybe Pemphredoninae?
This looks like Neoscrobiger patricius, but has some distinct extra blobs that I haven't seen on any other examples of the species. This one was really fast and looked/behaved exactly like a spider wasp (video here https://www.flickr.com/photos/zosterops/51793493719/in/dateposted/). The unfocussed pic shows the unusual markings.
There were lots of this species around. When it warmed up you could see masses of the males scaling clearings looking for females to pick up.
