Another mass of Wood Frog eggs in a small pool along the Massapoag Trail
Wood frog eggs?
I would be so so so eternally grateful if anyone has tips on seeing the adult animals. Flipping logs, rocks, etc? Water’s edge? Road at night?
Also would be incredibly grateful if someone can tell me whether there is algae present in the eggs, or any other interesting organisms present in these images

Egg mass in certified vernal pool
Found under a log. Five digits on left forelimb.
Northern Leopard or Green Frog tadpoles swimming under ice.
After a few dry summers, a large frog species has returned to the sometimes "vernal" pool.
(a Northern Leopard was the last Northern/Green species seen here)
