Paropsisterna with golden shoulders
Identified as Paropsisterna on Bowerbird by Matthew Connors: "Thanks Martin, I will try to find another one for you!"
Leaf beetles
Identified as Lamprolina on Bowerbird by Matthew Connors
Black Dicranosterna
Identified as Dicranosterna on Bowerbird by Martin Lagerwey: "This beetle is quite different to Paropsisterna. Dicranosterna are very convex, feeds on Acacia and its larvae are globose. They are not related. Your observation of the strong and random puncturation pattern is more significant than you thought. With a rare exception, Paropsisterna have ten series of punctuation or micropuncturations arranged in lines on each elytron. Interestingly, the P. semifumata just loaded by Jenny Thyme is one such exception, with ten rows of roughly paired puncturations being fairly difficult to notice."
Paropsisterna octomaculata
Identified as Paropsisterna octomaculata on Bowerbird by Matthew Connors: "Many of these found in several nearby locations - never more than a few individuals per bush though"
Found in house. Unsure of preferred host plant.
