A largely evergreen Quercus with Q. kelloggii leanings at ~5,600 ft elevation in early spring, adjacent to dozens of leafless Q. kelloggii and leafy Q. wislizeni

We think this is Quercus x morehus. It's growing among Q. kelloggii and Q. wislizeni and the leaves look like an intermediate between the two species.
