I am a hobbyist naturalist, but have worked in the life sciences for decades. Most of that time, I was a lab scientist, but now work as a safety engineer.

Nature-wise, I love rocks, plants and animals. I like to photograph insects (primarily bees, wasp and their mimics, as well as dragonflies), birds (raptors, herons, etc), and anything else that presents itself.
