I am a Conservation Land Steward in the town of Lexington MA, interested in projects to document and expand biodiversity.. My current project is to attempt to document all vascular plant species in our local conservation lands both native and invasive. I found the task of documenting everything I see has really changed how I experience the land around me. I am still lucky enough to see at least one or two species I had not encountered in person before each time I go out and that is such a thrill. Most fun is to find something that I can't identify at all, and going down the rabbit hole of trying to figure it out and get help when possible from the rest of the iNaturalist community.
