I am a retired biology/chemistry teacher with a masters degree in Biological Science. My master degree has the title "Patterns of Vegetation Near Timberline in the Northcentral Sierra Sierra Nevada, Placer County, California". Through my master's degree I was able to combine my specializations of plant taxonomy and plant ecology.
My hobbies are hiking, backpacking, fishing and photography.
