I am a docent at Sugarloaf Ridge State park and Jack London Historic park, both in Northern California. Also, I volunteer with Sonoma Ecology Center in the Native Plant Nursery and at Bouverie Preserve. Years ago, I obtained a BS and MS in biology. A certified CA naturalist, I am updating my knowledge through a field botany course (BOT 60) with Jennifer Palladini at Santa Rosa Junior College.
