I am a Hungarian woman living on the Greek Dodecanese archipelago (currently on Rhodes) where I have been researching the characteristics of local cultural traits and the landscape since 2015 driven by pure enthusiasm. This journey and work on the Aegean sea gives me the fuel to share what I've found: through written materials (on my blog and at other venues), and to create artworks of pressed flowers and herbs (The Herbarium of Rhodes) which is a great botano-mythical journey, a worship in the great temple of Mother nature that widens my whole world each day a bit more.
I was always an admirer of the flora of these islands and I love to study the ever-changing yet cyclical beauty and diversity of my own environment day by day - now here on Rhodes island.
This site helps me a lot with identifying species, and I decided to contribute to the collective knowledge with my own findings.
