Since 2005 I've taken over 180,000 images of the flora, fauna, geography and sky of Goleta Valley in southern California. I walk along Atascadero Creek twice daily, and frequently venture to Goleta Slough and More Mesa. I'm not particularly a naturalist, just a shutterbug.

I originally hail from Louisiana, growing up in the wet woods north of New Orleans.
