I've always had an interest in observing and understanding the natural world, and have been creeping around the outdoors since I was a small child. I am interested in most things but have a soft spot for the small and commonly overlooked. I like the creepy, crawly bits of nature. My current focus is on native plants, fungi, and invertebrates of the Pacific Northwest USA.
