Between April 26th and 29th, we made 11,100 observations of 1,670 species in the Chicagoland Region!

Globally, we made 2,436,000 observations of 65,600+ species (including 3,940+ rare/endangered/threatened species) made possible by 83,500 participants in 690 cities!

It is such fun being a part of this BIG event. I was unable to explore away from my own mostly native home habitat this year. I am proud to say that I had 132 observations of 43 species right here at HOME!
Thanks for all the encouragement to get out in nature (my gardens and yard) and kudos to all who help ID the organisms.
