Arthropods on Sideroxylon lanuginosum, Gum Bumelia

The purpose of this project is to document Arthropods on or associated with Sideroxylon lanuginosum, Gum Bumelia.

While Gum Bumelia is described in several references as "important for wildlife," I was unable to find much documentation of arthropod species associated with the plant other than the Bumelia Borer, Plinthocoelium suaveolens and Bumelia cellophane bee, Colletes bumeliae.

Observers in the project boundary who have access to Gum Bumelia trees are invited to add observations of Arthropods seen on the plant.

While the primary focus is arthropods, observations of other wildlife seen on or associated with the plant may also be added. (ie birds, snakes, lizards, rodents, etc.) menos ↑
