Over 400 species in seven months!
Happy New Year, iNaturalist Crabbers of the World! As I write on the first day of 2017, we have 2,811 observations of 403 species by 384 people, with 78 members around the world. The crabs you have added to this project are amazing! Crab expert Gregory Jensen says there are over 6,700 species of Brachyura alone, so it will be fun to watch our collection grow.

Wow, many of the crabs through that link are stunning! And the "frogfish" one looks a lot like an Ewok.
