@dylantomtaylor It's not a new genus but a resurrected one as it was originally the name of the imperfect stage of the fungus. You can find it in the phylogenetic tree of the Postiaceae family and in the list of genera of this family.
I checked the linked article and couldn't find Ptychogaster as a new genus. Is it in the full article? Just curious.
