I was unable to get a full lateral shot without looking like I was trying to take close-ups of little kids playing in the river...so I let it slide even though it irritates the hell out of me.

In order of relative ubiquity, I saw:
I. barberi - >20 individuals
I. hastata - 3-5 individuals
I. posita - 1 male
I. verticalis - 1 female

The second male I saw at the park, a few meters from the first. It was very windy and I was exhausted so I didn't shoot long but there were a good number of odonate species at these little ponds.

I saw C. elisa, C. eponina, and this species perched all along the tips of tall reeds, pretty much demonstrating their namesake, appearing as tiny colorful "pennants" along the pond's edge.
