Attempted cannibalism, or just intraspecific aggression? Not sure
And that is another round done! I think this is actually the first round I have ever uploaded faster than I took the photos - 50 days of photos uploaded in only 18 days! Now if I keep that up, I'll be completely caught up in a short three years -_-
But I cannot keep this up - the next round is the shortest one yet (just a few hours of photos in fact!) and then the one after that is the longest yet by far. It is a fun one though. I can't wait :D

The New Zealanders who were in the next campsite over told us there was a big bird, and they were daring each other to see who could get closest to it -_-

Alright alright can we do this? We'll try at least, now that I'm quite familiar with these. And we have this key even if I doubt some parts of it. Pronotal shoulders angular and propodeal spines very short or absent gets us down to P. robsoni or P. yorkana. And then we are stuck, because I have no clue what the difference between those two species is supposed to be. From the specimens on AntWiki it looks like P. robsoni has the lateral petiolar spines a bit longer and more divergent, which is the case in my one. So tentatively I will go with that, unless someone can tell me what the actual difference is.
