Field Notes - A Huntsman spider found at night near a gap in my outdoor steps. I carefully took him inside for some photos, and then released him in the place i found him. Approx. 1.9cm body length. I think it could be a male of Heteropoda jugulans (or perhaps H. cervina) based on abdomen and thorax markings, size and other aspects of appearance, as well as location.

Field Notes - Very well camouflaged bug I would’ve missed if it wasn’t for its feelers! About 1.5cm in length. I cant find an exact match but think it’s an amorbus of some sort, perhaps robustus. Closest I can guess is a Tip Bug or Clown Bug.
