https://sketchfab.com is a great place to see 3D models of many species that were scanned at museums

I have a master post of bird osteology links here, these are focused on reference and comparative material, also include book recommendations: https://avianosteology.blogspot.com/2020/04/i-want-to-identify-bird-bones-where-do.html

And my journal has reference/comparison material as well as ID walk-throughs, terminology, and other assorted avian osteology topics: https://www.inaturalist.org/journal/lizardking

The University of Michigan Museum of Zoology has a few useful pages for comparison when trying to identify skulls.

https://www.jakes-bones.com/ is a good source. It was written by a young naturalist who is really good at IDing the bones of animals in the UK. Sadly is no longer updated, but I have learned some things from it.
