Observations from snorkeling only, with the exception of shallow (~<15 feet) dive observations are allowed. The purpose of this project is to amass observations of what can be seen at shallow depths in OC, at the moment just to showcase the beauty of the ocean and encourage others to engage in this wonderful, simple, and inexpensive hobby.
