This little Bushtit spent her morning tapping at my window! Would tap the glass a few times, fly off to a nearby tree, and return. Kept it up for quite awhile.

The mountain lion was running up the hill on the street, I approached slowly to take a picture. When I was 100 ft away it ran up the hill.

Adult sitting on nest with one chick and one egg. Adult was flushed by accident and we left the scene asap when we saw that she had a nest.

A true blue Engelmann Oak in the San Rafaels. :)) Probably some hybridization with QDG but to a much much lower degree than you tend to see out here.

This turkey chased my dog. Tucker, my dog, does not like turkeys.
