I crust fungus growing on woody spruce debris. Resembles bread and is somewhat spongy.
Scattered around a mossy bog on the east side of Mt McLoughlin.
Elev: 5800 ft.

Mushrooms had an odor of radishes, somewhat onion-y. Coming up in…sphagnum? Idk 😅 @corndog @zanethebrain
Growing in a moderate, loose troop on an old, decomposing, fairly large Douglas-fir stump also hosting Mucronella fusiformis.

Growing from dune grass leaves and stems.
Very diminutive; caps viscid when wet, brown, with pores showing through the cap surface, bracket-like, convex, with ruffled margin; pores are large for the size, teardrop shaped, white overall; no rudimentary stipes present.
KOH not tested (too small); UV not reactive; odor indistinct; taste not tested; caps ~.5mm-4mm.
With fir, d-fir, spruce and probably some larch.
