Likely growing on a hemlock. Possibly s. fimbriata or s. contortipes based on Instagram conversation with Connor Dooley. Potentially quite rare parasitic species on the brown mushrooms in the photo. Any help is welcomed!

Guess based on underwater habitat. Third and fourth shots are underwater in-situ.

~45-50 X 1.7-2 µm.
Asci ~200-240 X 7-8 µm.
Not sure what it was decomposing, probably plant matter, but it looks strange

Growing on herbaceous material in wet meadow stream. Pileus covered in tiny beige granules, sometimes with scalloped margin. Lamellae widely spaced, grey. Stipe thin, off-white, with granules at base.
