Poor photo of E. fendleri, appropriate rocky habitat
I'm not sure what this minute insect might be. I've looked at Psocoptera, whiteflies, winged Aphids, and Psyllids, but it doesn't really match any of those. I'm probably overlooking something obvious.
Minute, prob. about 2.5 to 3 mm.
I've seen this a lot this Spring, but can't seem to find it in any of my flower books.
