Throwing me a bit. Very common, soft glandular leaves. In the zoomed out pic it's the plant behind Centromadia.

Third visit to Springtown in search of these guys yielded some results! C. molle is also supposed to occur in that area, but this was pretty soft, so I'm calling it C. palmatum.
