I love learning about native wildlife! I mostly know a range of local plants and animals in Oregon as a hobby so far, and I hope to expand my knowledge. Over time, I realized how much I don't know, and there is a lot more variety than I thought to things, including ones that seem very similar.

I don't know a lot about the genus and family of organisms, but rather how to ID individual species over time, especially ones that I've observed before.

I enjoy finding new plants and animals that I haven't seen before, and I like to use INaturalist to add the different species I find, and learn more about what I see.

I'm also interested in foraging (mostly plants :-)), although I don't practice it much.
