My name is Greg and I live in Amador county, California. I've been mainly interested in birding for the last decade or so but have always wanted to learn more about other wildlife. I enjoy just hanging out in my back yard and seeing what I can identify whether it's birds, insects or plants, there's always something new to investigate. I've been taking pictures of nature for a while now and just learned about this site. I look forward to using my new camera and this great community to finally put names to all of this wildlife around me.
