I've been into birding, bird photography, and using eBird for years now, but have just now started dipping my toes into iNaturalist—largely due to my young kids' passion for all things nature and their wanting to know what all of the plants, bugs, etc. are called. Living in Ohio, we enjoy exploring locally, but also travel to see new and exciting things when we can.
