Hello! I am a biology teacher and avid hiker. I am trying to get myself familiar with the local species and trails. Studied marine biology in college, then plant physiology and soil science in grad school. Born and raised in the chaparral of Southern California, so looking forward to getting better acquainted with the Northern Californian ecosystems.
