I work in nature and conservation on Catalina Island off the coast of California. I have a camera and I relish the challenge to get a photo of every different species I encounter. While I encounter a lot of the same species in different places, I tend to only photograph and post species I haven't seen before (at least in that region). This is better than Pokemon Go!
