I worked as a botanist/ ecologist at Kirstenbosch National Botanical Botanic Gardens for 34 years - more than a third of a century. I have been involved in ecological and biodiversity assessment work for most of that time. My wife and I love being in touch with our wonderful natural heritage in this very bio-diverse country.
