Found iNaturalist App through a podcast, and now it's my #1 battery drain on my phone. I visit the site through a browser on my phone occasionally for some features the app doesn't have yet, but otherwise I just use the app. It's sweet.

I've been working on learning more about spiders, and am slowly working towards a goal of submitting over 100 separate spider species in and around Lane County, Oregon.

Using iNaturalist and Bugguide.com have been my main sources of information, along with Biology of Spiders, a fantastic book by Rainer F. Foelix.

Trying to help with identifying submissions in my area has been helpful as well, but if I make mistakes please correct me! Any opportunity to learn how to ID properly would be greatly appreciated.
