Stormwater SMART is a program funded by local governments in the Piedmont Triad region of NC. We're environmental educators supporting people of all ages as they engage with nature, learn about stream ecology, and practice stormwater pollution prevention. We're identifying plants (native/pollinators/rain garden), benthic macroinvertebrates, birds, and other living things that love the water! We will be hosting projects in the following counties in western NC: Alamance, Davidson, Forsyth, Guilford, Randolph, Rockingham.
