Right now, at 8 AM EDT, the clock has just struck midnight around the world for the bioblitz. Baker Island and Howland Island, two atolls in the Pacific Ocean, have concluded the bioblitz. That means that no place on our planet is still in Sunday. It is unlikely that someone observed there, but this bioblitz is sadly over. That still means people can upload photos and identify though!
Keep IDing and uploading. We will see you again on 9/6/20, three Sunday's from now. Hope you can join, and try to get friends and family involved.
Our goal is to reach 100,000 observations and 100 countries to participate by the end of all of the bioblitzes. More will probably be added, and this will keep returning every three weeks until COVID-19 stops.
Good luck on uploading and IDing!
Thanks,
Robby
