Dipterists Forum Recording Schemes & Study Groups
This project augments the brochure of the same title which is printed as the back cover of the Dipterists Forum Bulletin
Many of the projects listed here are well established and have long been used by specific recording schemes to augment their recording activities. The task of processing records towards Open Data on NBN Atlas is now facilitated by recent cooperative developments between iNaturalistUK and iRecord.
A number of iNaturalist projects were set up to cover wider geographic areas, Europe and even the whole world. Apologies to those organisers for taking the liberty of setting up a new project confined only to the UK, i hope to have provided a message to that effect on each trimmed-down project and a link back to the project they prefer to use.
Several projects in this list were set up concurrently in July 2022, the respective Recording Scheme organisers are invited to become admistrators of them.
