City Nature Challenge - ALMOST HERE! GET READY!
The challenge officially starts at 12 am on April 27. That's THIS FRIDAY. Remember, plants, animals, fungi - anything wild living in Boulder County - is fair game.
The 2018 City Nature Challenge will help us find out! Over 65 cities from around the world are asking people to explore nature in their urban areas and document the species they observe. Last year, 126,000 observations were recorded.

Following instructions (I think!) attempted to add cushion cactus observation via iNaturalist and add to Boulder County Project in order to make the observation part of this challenge. The connection to the project failed because the Project only accepts animals.
How is this supposed to work? You state above that plant observations are acceptable.
