Had quick look at Dene Court Reserve today.

Today I got to see Whales and Dolphins with the MAD (Make A Difference) students returning from their summer camp. My role on the trip as an "expert" was to answer students questions about how they could make a difference in their communities to help improve the marine environment.

Tim and I had a wander around Hoskings Reserve today. It was disappointing to see how much damage had been done by stock on a council property.

Today Tim and I did the Hobsonville Costal walk. It is a wonderful new community with great potential for community facilities, including a Kaipatiki Project Environment Center.

Today we walked from Luckens Reserve to Luckens Road

We finally made it all the way around Paremoremo Scenic Reserve; and found some more mature Kotukutuku.

This afternoon Tim and I tested the walk we would do with his cubs pack at Kauri Glen Reserve.

While out planting a shelter belt for my brother I took a break to have a look at a nearby forest, and found a real treasure.
