⛔🌳 Accès interdit aux naturalistes et autres amoureux de nature !

Je vous alertais le mois dernier des effets dévastateurs de la loi du 2 février 2023. La résistance s'organise maintenant au niveau national autour de l'Union des Collectifs Droit à la Nature qui regroupe les 3 collectifs régionaux (Chartreuse, Côte d'Azur et Vosges).
Votre soutien est important car à terme nous sommes tous susceptibles d'être touché. Merci à tous ceux qui ont déjà signé la ou les pétitions. Je vous invite à signer les 3 si vous ne l'avez pas encore fait !
Si vous êtes témoin d'une interdiction d'accès dû à la nouvelle loi, votre signalement nous sera précieux (voir plus bas).

Depuis l'adoption de la loi du 2 février 2023
et de l'application de l'article 226-4-3 (https://droitnatureca.org/ce-que-dit-la-loi/), de grands propriétaires interdisent les accès à leurs terrains (forêts, maquis, milieux ouverts...). Ces accès étaient auparavant autorisés. Vous trouverez maintenant des gardes assermentés susceptibles de vous verbaliser (135 € !). Les randonneurs, les naturalistes, les éducateurs à l’environnement, les traileurs, etc … sont indésirables.
Seuls les chasseurs sont les bienvenus !

Septembre 2023, en Isère, 750 ha d’espaces naturels classés (Réserve Naturelle des Hauts de Chartreuse) sont interdits dans le massif de la Chartreuse, aboutissant à la création du collectif Chartreuse "Droit à la Nature". (https://droit-a-la-nature.org/)

Novembre 2023, dans les Alpes-Maritimes, nous avons recensé trois sites dont le plus emblématique se situe à Villeneuve-Loubet : le marquis de Panisse-Passis a subitement interdit l'accès à ses terres (1 000 ha de collines au biotope fragile). Cela représente 90% des espaces verts de la commune… Les citoyens se mobilisent et créent le Collectif Droit à la Nature Côte d’Azur. (https://droitnatureca.org/)

Janvier 2024, dans le Haut-Rhin, fermeture de 64 ha de forêt à Rimbach-près-Masevaux comprenant un sentier faisant partie d'un circuit de randonnée du Parc naturel régional des Ballons des Vosges, suivi du saccage de la forêt pour le rendre impraticable. Le Collectif "Notre village" se remobilise. (https://www.collectif-notrevillage.com/)

D'autres territoires sont touchés en France (Gard, Hérault, etc...), quelques députés commencent à se saisir du dossier (pour rappel, 75 % des forêts sont privées...).

Au niveau local, nous essayons de trouver une solution négociée avec les élus locaux, le département, le Conservatoire du Littoral et les propriétaires.

Au niveau national, nous agissons pour faire modifier cette loi et dépénaliser l’accès à la nature.

Nous nous tournons vers vous et vous invitons à diffuser cette information encore méconnue à travers votre réseau, votre fédération et vos adhérents.
Chaque département français sera à terme concerné sans une mobilisation massive.
